Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the workshop.

Minimum of Age 14+

Photos may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any photographs, simply let us know before the session begins.

By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge that jewelry-making involves the use of hand tools and polishing equipment, and therefore carries an inherent risk of minor injuries such as cuts, burns, or abrasions.

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and to use all tools and equipment responsibly throughout the workshop.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eros Workshops, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, or other risks inherent to participating in the workshop.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

For the safety of all participants, Eros Workshops reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant behaves in a manner that may endanger themselves, other participants, or staff. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

Participants should wear suitable clothing and closed-toe shoes, secure long hair, and avoid loose-fitting accessories while using workshop equipment.
