Terms of Service

By booking a workshop with Eros Workshops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

All workshop bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Bookings are personal and may not be transferred without prior approval.

Workshop Participation

Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and to use all tools and equipment responsibly. Eros Workshops reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant's behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to themselves, other participants, or staff. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Assumption of Risk

Jewellery-making involves the use of hand tools, polishing equipment, and heat sources. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with these activities, including the possibility of minor injuries such as cuts, burns, or abrasions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eros Workshops, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the workshop where such injury or loss results from the inherent risks of the activity, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Handmade Nature

Every ring is handcrafted by the participant. Minor variations in shape, finish, and appearance are a natural part of the making process and contribute to the individuality of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.

Photography

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or recordings, please inform the instructor before the workshop begins.

Changes & Cancellations

Eros Workshops reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if a suitable replacement session cannot be arranged.
