Refund Policy

All workshop bookings are final and are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the workshop may be accommodated, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the workshop, as well as no-shows, late arrivals that prevent participation, or cancellations after the workshop has begun, are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

If Eros Workshops is required to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another available session or receive a full refund.

As each workshop is an experience reserved specifically for your booking, refunds cannot be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
